Parity Platforms LLC runs this site. We build information tools and websites that serve the public. This page is for visitors who want to know how the site itself handles data.

The form sends the fields you enter (name, email, organization if you add it, message). We use that only to respond.

Email delivery uses Resend. Outbound mail uses our configured domain, currently a transactional subdomain at send.parityplatforms.com. See Resend’s privacy policy for their handling of message content.

We rate-limit the form endpoint to cut spam. We do not sell submissions or use them for unrelated marketing.

We keep submissions while an inquiry is open, then for up to 12 months for follow-up and records unless you ask us to delete sooner; see Retention, correction, and deletion below.

We may use Fathom Analytics (cookieless for ordinary measurement, aggregate views and referrers, built to limit cross-site tracking and fingerprinting). Fathom gets what it needs to produce aggregate reports, not a marketing profile of you as an individual. See Fathom privacy information .

This policy is for parityplatforms.com, not every future product under contract (those get their own terms where they apply).

No ad pixels for profiling or remarketing. No session replay.

Do not send highly sensitive personal data through the contact form unless we have agreed on a secure channel first.
